How fast do orders ship?
Orders leave in 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive in 2 to 5. Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on where you live.
Is this a meal or a supplement?
Treats. They're labeled in compliance with AAFCO standards for a treat.
What if my dog won't eat it?
Then we refund you. Take a short video of your dog turning the treat down, email it to us at info@coopersdogtreats.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll refund your original payment method within a week. One item per customer, up to the price of a Starter Kit.
Do you offer a subscription?
Yes. Beef and Cheddar, Turkey and Cinnamon, both Baked Biscuit Mixes and the Meatballs can come every month or every other month at 10% off. Pick it on the product page, and skip, change or cancel whenever you want.
