In order to view or change your subscription information, you must create an account. Please note that placing an order does not automatically create an account.
In order to create an account, go to coopersdogtreats.com/account/login and click the "Sign up" link.
If you have already placed orders, make sure that you use the same email you used when ordering to sign up for your account. If you have placed orders using a phone instead of an email address, you can send us an email at email@example.com, and we can add your email address to your orders, so that you can see them when you create an account.
In order to view your subscriptions, go to coopersdogtreats.com/account/login and enter your email and password to log in. Once you are logged in, click the Subscriptions link in the top right corner of your screen.
On the subscriptions screen, you will be able to see a list of your subscriptions.
Click on a subscription number to see detailed information about that subscription and make changes.
On the subscription detail screen, you can edit or cancel your subscription.
Note: If you used a discount code that requires a minimum number of orders when creating your subscription, you will be unable to cancel until that order minimum has been met.
You can change your shipping address and payment method from this screen. If you click edit, you can also change the number and type of products in your subscription.
Note: If you wish to make a change to your subscription but are unable to do so, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be happy to help. We can make some changes that are not possible through this screen, including skipping shipments and changing your shipping date.
